The room we were tasked with cleaning was heavily soiled, so let’s see how we turned it around.

As we entered the room, the extent of the dirt was evident. Despite the carpet’s condition, our cleaning team managed to make it look significantly better. The transformation was impressive, with the carpet looking almost like new by the end of our process.

Dryer Vent Cleaning: A Shocking Discovery

Our next job involved cleaning a dryer vent. The situation here was concerning. We encountered a significant buildup of lint and discovered that the duct wasn’t even connected to the back of the dryer. This explained the lack of airflow and the potential fire hazard.

Upon inspection, we found lint everywhere – on the washer, dryer, wall, and even in the hoses. We also discovered an old Gatorade bottle with an expiration date from April 2018, highlighting just how long this issue might have been going on.

Using a specialized vacuum attached to the duct, we cleaned out the accumulated lint, ensuring that the vent was properly connected and functioning. Our customer was relieved to have this issue resolved, knowing their home was now safer and more efficient.

Sports Bar Cleaning: An Unexpected Challenge

Our final job for the day took us to a sports bar in Cartersville, Georgia. At first glance, the carpets didn’t seem too bad. However, once we began cleaning, the true extent of the dirt became clear. The water extracted from the carpet looked like motor oil – it was that dirty.
