Hold onto your bonnets, "Bridgerton" fans, because Luke Newton, the charming rogue who plays Colin Bridgerton, has undergone a major transformation. And no, we're not talking about Colin's journey from lovesick puppy to smoldering romantic lead (though that's certainly delicious too). We're talking about Luke's off-screen glow-up, a delightful blend of healthy eating, cheeky advice, and a dash of good-natured teasing from his co-stars.

In a recent interview with Men's Health, Luke confessed that his on-set diet wasn't always the picture of health. "If there were biscuits, I would just have a plate full of biscuits," he admitted with a sheepish grin. "Or cakes, or scones, or whatever."

"Luke has a real sweet tooth," one crew member confided with a wink.

"You'd often find him sneaking a bite (or three) of the dessert table."

But when the call came that he'd be leading the romance charge in Season 3, alongside the radiant Nicola Coughlan (our beloved Penelope Featherington), Luke knew it was time to swap the scones for something a little sturdier.
