The story of Jose Garcia's 1962 Chevy Impala convertible begins with a childhood fascination with lowriders. After discovering Lowrider Magazine, the dream of building his own became a reality when he found his dream car in need of restoration. He overhauled the car, with Toons Auto Works rebuilding the engine and installing a 2-pump Pro Hopper hydraulic setup.
The body received a sky blue and silver pearl paint job, with royal blue and silver pinstriping by Chavos Pinstriping, and murals by Tim Lowery. Capital Chrome restored the moldings, while Lime Wire and Jose Hernandez handled the engraving. Jaime Guanajuato Sr. and Jr. stitched up the light blue Ciadella interior. The finished product debuted at the 2015 Lowrider Super Show.
