Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas were bitter rivals during the late '80s and early '90s in the NBA. This rivalry came to a head during The Last Dance docuseries, when Jordan called Thomas an "a**hole" for the Pistons' behavior during the 1991 Eastern Conference Finals. However, what upset Thomas most was when Jordan said "I hate him."
Thomas claims he never knew they had any issues until watching the documentary. Despite this, Jordan had asked Thomas to be part of The Last Dance, and they had even gone to dinner with Ahmad Rashad. Thomas was blindsided by Jordan's comments and is still waiting for an explanation or apology from Jordan himself.
