Here are some standing waist exercises that you can do daily to tighten your waist and achieve a flat belly:
Standing side bends: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and place your hands on your hips. Slowly bend sideways to the right, pushing your hips towards the left. Hold for a few seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
Standing twists: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, and extend your arms out in front of you. Twist your torso to the right, keeping your hips facing forward. Hold for a few seconds and repeat on the other side.
