Wahlberg recently shared his upper-body workout, including elevated pushups, cable flys, and ab rollouts. He also incorporated rotational cable work to target his obliques. Additionally, he uploaded a clip of his leg day routine, which consisted of leg extensions, leg press, goblet squats, and rear leg elevated split squats.
