The rest of the league is in trouble if Jalen Carter pans out to what everyone thinks he is capable of.
The Georgia standout D-lineman was widely regarded by many as the best overall player in this year's NFL draft, but his involvement in a fatal drag racing incident dropped Carter's stock on draft night, allowing the Super Bowl primed Eagles to snag him.
During Philadelphia's first preseason game Saturday, the team brought Carter in for his first NFL snap on a third and long. Carter beat his man off the line like a hot knife through butter and forced a desperation throw away.
